TRIUMPHALIST--YOU GOT A PROBLEM WITH THAT?

TRIUMPHALIST--YOU GOT A PROBLEM WITH THAT? I believe that the Catholic Church was founded by Christ, on his Apostles, especially Peter, the first Pope. I believe in the teachings of the Ecumenical councils, I revere the Fathers of the Church, and I am an unapologetic Ultramontane Catholic. If you don't like it, too bad.

Dinner and a Movie?

Well, I don't know about the movie but dinners on the stove:  "15 Bean Soup"

It's got--

1 1/4 pound mixed dried beans
1 pound "Li'l Smokies" smoked sausages
1 Large onion, diced
3 large potatoes
3 stalks celery
2 pounds of canned tomatoes, diced with juice
2 bay leaves
1 TBS chili powder
1tsp salt
1TBS Powdered Thyme
1 TBS Garlic Powder
a ham bone
water.

It's cookin' now, and I'll mix up some corn meal muffins to got with it about 1/2 hour before dinner.

Wish you could join us for some good, home cooked, redneck beans soup on a cold and snowy day!

I hope you compile your recipes in a cookbook.

Any recipe that includes little smokies is a wonder. I've got to make this one.

My favorite recipe of yours is the Lenten onion soup. I made a double batch last year!

Hey, the Catholic Redneck Cookbook. You could arrange it in order of Liturgical Seasons. Hey, you never know.

If the Robinsons could get rich from the Duck and Buck Commanders and their beards, you just never know.
