TRIUMPHALIST--YOU GOT A PROBLEM WITH THAT?

TRIUMPHALIST--YOU GOT A PROBLEM WITH THAT? I believe that the Catholic Church was founded by Christ, on his Apostles, especially Peter, the first Pope. I believe in the teachings of the Ecumenical councils, I revere the Fathers of the Church, and I am an unapologetic Ultramontane Catholic. If you don't like it, too bad.

Been Busy

We just had a Parish Mission this week, which has occupied my time.

The Priest who put it on was Father Wade Menezes. What an incredible man. A member of the Fathers of Mercy, he is an extraordinarily gifted preacher. I'll blog a little more when I have time.

Yesterday i went, with the Queen of the House, to see The Messiah. It was performed by the Louisville Bach Society, and conducted by Mark Walker, whom I am privileged to know. He comped us two tickets, which enabled us to go. Marvelous. I had forgotten who powerful choral music could be live!

I'll blog more about that too.
